Evaluation methods are tailored to the scope of the project and may range from post-engagement surveys that assess learning comprehension and behavior adaptation to comprehensive Triangulation Assessment Strategies. The latter, used for larger engagements, involves a pilot phase and continuous feedback, ensuring iterative improvement and long-term success.
