Creating and maintaining lasting culture change requires leadership team buy-in and commitment.
Based on experience with dozens of leadership teams and hundreds of leaders, ReadySet’s bespoke Executive learning journeys are interactive sessions, delivered virtually or in person, that invite executives to align on what’s important in their organizations, grapple with underlying tensions and gaps, and create a sense of moving forward together for all employees.
Leaders will develop a clearer sense of how to talk about “the difficult things” inside the context of the larger business, experience greater confidence discussing these topics as a team, and cultivate a shared vision on how to act in ways that support a thriving culture within the organization.
Key outcomes from past learning journeys include unexpected team alignment, revision and upgrades to cultural values, clarity on root causes to culture issues, principles for decision-making, actions, and behaviors for the go-forward culture.
