Workshop
ReadySet’s Transformational Leadership skills workshop goes beyond manager-training-as-usual to take a design-thinking/ peer coaching model to build managerial capability to navigate ambiguity, have difficult conversations, and show up authentically as a leader in one’s organization.
Each session is custom-designed with the client to pinpoint managers’ or the intact team’s learning edge—and develop scenarios and prompts that allow everyone to name the elephant in the room, and take meaningful action in response.
Ideal for mid-level managers, high-potential leaders, or intact functional teams, looking to hone their leadership impact with a people-centered lens, this workshop will equip learners with the tools to influence, direct, and transform culture and engagement on their teams.
Sessions can be delivered in-person or virtually, and usually require 2 to 2.5 hours.

Methodology
This session integrates self-reflection activities with best practices for effective cultural and communication strategies, for a highly interactive and organization-specific experience. This session is highly interactive and participatory to encourage active learning and engagement with the material. We frequently use scenario “think-through’s,” role-playing, and partner or group activities.
