Workshop
Generational Differences
Age and generational differences often go unmentioned in the workplace, yet they can shape how we collaborate and connect in meaningful ways.
In this new workshop, we dive into the research behind generational differences in workplace settings. From disparities in communication preferences to varied workplace expectations and management styles, participants will walk away with the skills to collaborate more effectively across generation and age divides at work while being sensitive to issues of stereotypes and judgments.
