This workshop will focus on DEI fundamentals, establishing a shared language, and creating the conditions for ongoing conversations around diversity, equity, and inclusion. With a specific intersectional lens, this workshop will aim to bring the company into alignment using frameworks and tools that model inclusion for all.

Understanding of core DEI concepts including but not limited to diversity, inclusion, equity, social identity, intersectionality, interpersonal and systemic bias, privilege, etc.
Basic awareness of the history of DEI in the workplace
Empowerment to recognize, discuss, and problem-solve for DEI issues in an organization
