Workshop
Workplace Wellness
Research finds that while a majority of people will experience a diagnosable mental health condition over their lifetime, almost 60% of people have never spoken to anyone at work about their mental health. In today’s age, mental health and wellbeing conversations are crucial to supporting colleagues and mitigating burnout out work. This workshop focuses on how to talk about mental health at work by removing stigma, seeking resources and providing support. Participants will be equipped with the tools to navigate these conversations and advocate for both themselves and their colleagues.
