Jen (she/her) is a People Scientist and Data-driven Consulting Leader with decades of experience planning, developing, and executing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategic initiatives for clients in varied industries. She is a fluent, bilingual (English/Spanish) analytical strategist effective at analyzing and synthesizing data to identify DEI challenges and develop tailored and targeted solutions. Prior to joining ReadySet, she served as a Talent & Organization Consulting Manager at Accenture where she designed and implemented organizational enhancements for numerous organizations.
Jen holds both an M.A. and a Ph.D. in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, where she received an academic distinction for her dissertation research exploring the roles of racioethnic diversity and inclusive cultures on organizational performance. She also received a dual bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Spanish Literature from Dartmouth College. On a personal note, Jen was born and raised in New York City but currently lives in Denver, and enjoys cycling, hiking, and snowboarding.
